NOTICE OF REQUIREMENTS *

You must properly be authorized to charge sale tax usage in the state the event is being held. All vendors will be required to show proof of their seller's permit (Use and Sale tax certificate). It is your responsibility to ensure that you are collecting the correct tax rate. In order to be in the show, you must submit proof of acceptance to Style & Image Network and display the paperwork at your booth. If you are not properly filed with evidence of authorization prior to the event, you will not be allowed to participate in Beauty Night Out and your contract fee will be forfeited. Please make sure you have all paper work ready.

CANCELLATION CLAUSE *

In the event that Vendor wishes to terminate this AGREEMENT more than one month prior to the event, the vendor will be responsible for 75% of the contract amount. If the Vendor cancelled within 30 days of the event, the vendor will be responsible for 100% of the contract amount. Any cancellation by vendor must be presented to Style & Image Network in written form and sent to SIN address via certified mail with return receipt request or via email with return receipt. Date of notice shall begin from the date that Style & Image Network receives the notice of cancellation.

INDEMNIFACTION *

Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Style & Image Network and its officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Indemnities”) and third parties including but not limited to the event venue from and against all demands, claims, actions or causes of action, assessments, losses, damages, liabilities, cost and expenses, including without limitation, interest, penalties, and attorney’s fees and expenses which shall be based upon a claim that: (i) Style & Image Network’s use of any of the materials or merchandise supplied by Vendor pursuant to this agreement (including any advertising or promotional use of such materials) infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, rights, of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary rights of any third party or is libelous or slanderous; (ii) if true would constitute a breach of any of Vendor’s representations, warranties or agreements hereunder; or (iii) arises out of the negligence or willful misconduct of Vendor.

Vendor Agreement *

Vendor agrees ABSOLUTELY, NO outside food and drink will be permitted on the venue premises. Should any vendor bring any type of food and /or beverages onto the premises without prior consent, Style & Image Network reserves the right to terminate the use of space immediately at the vendor's expense. In addition, the vendor will be responsible for all fines, loss of business, assessments and liability as a result of the above.
